How e-Lawyer works

Step One - Registration

Like any law office, clients must register with the firm. Client name and contact information is collected and a conflict check is performed. Clients can order legal services right away or ask questions beforehand. At e-Lawyer, all legal services are performed for a flat fee. No more hourly billing. Each flat fee retainer includes a one year period of time in which clients can receive legal advice related to the services they purchased.

Step Two - Communication

After the ordering process, e-Lawyer communicates with the client by sending initial e-mail requesting information to determine your precise legal needs and objectives.

Step Three - Delivery and Follow-Up

Our attorneys thoroughly review everything before final documents are delivered to clients.
